McKesson Ruling On Cause Of Action Under Treaty Of Amity Scrapped
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Aug. 26 dealt a blow to the McKesson Corp.'s efforts to collect damages from Iran for the alleged expropriation of the company's interest in an Iranian dairy, reversing a lower court's finding that McKesson has a cause of action under the Treaty of Amity between Iran and the United States (McKesson Corp., et al. v. Islamic Republic of Iran, No. 07-7113, D.C. Cir.). From Mealey's International Arbitration Report
